Proprietari cordiali e professionali, posizione, pulizia. Mi è piaciuto moltissimo il soggiorno e il balconcino. Inoltre, hanno lasciato a disposizione diversi prodotti per fare colazione. Se mi dovesse capitare l'occasione, tornerò molto volentieri. Grazie Katia e Paolo!

L'appartamento era pulissimo, grande, ben organizzato. Katia e Paolo erano gentilissimi. Ci hanno aiutato tanto sia i programmi d'intorno la città sia come arrivare a Roma e all'aeroporto. Non pensavo che loro lascessero i cibi per la colazione ma sì! Io consiglio per tutti questo appartamento:)

Nog nooit zo een goed uitgerust, perfect gelegen, ideaal appartement gehad..Alles op en aan.. Gevulde kasten, frigo..zeep, kruiden..er ontbrak nu eens niets. De gastvrijheid van Paolo en Katia was top !!

Niets..Zelfs de prijs viel reuze mee..Iemand die hier iets over te klagen heeft moet thuis blijven..

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Gospodarz osobiście nas przyjął, wszystko opowiedział i zawsze był dostępny. Mieszkanie blisko morza, sklepów i dworca, w spokojnym osiedlu. Naprawdę można tu odpocząć będąc całą rodziną.

"Well equipped, comfortable & convenient apartment"

We had chosen this flat for it's proximity to the station as we were visiting Rome for a couple of days. The apartment was very well equipped and the private parking a bonus as parking on the streets would have been quite difficult as the area is busy & within easy walking distance to the beach. The host Paulo, met us with the keys and came in to show us how everything worked. The day we checked out Paulo allowed us to leave our car for a couple of extra hours which we greatly appreciated.

No complaints, the flat suited our needs.
