Very well located in a beautiful coastal town north west of Rome.

Nothing. Everything was great!

Wonderful and helpful 10/10 hosts, great location close to the beach, many stores close by and a good, clean and safe apartment.

The only downside, but sadly a big one since we were catching a flight the next day. When we were going to sleep, the neighbours were very noisy. I couldn't fall asleep until I had both earplugs and noise cancelling headphones with music on. This was on a Friday, so I don't know if this is a common thing or only because it was a weekend.

Location to the seashore and local train was excellent. Host Paolo was very friendly and gave clear instructions on the various keys and kitchen gas, plus helpful hints on good dining, close-by shops (pharmacy, groceries), etc. The rooms very clean and bright, the bed comfortable, and kitchen easy to use. Lots of outlets for charging electronics. The elevator was greatly appreciated, since I had 3 bags (staying in other for towns in Italy for several weeks). Complimentary pastries, condiments, sodas, juice and water were a lovely touch. I figured out how to turn off dubbing on the TV on American movies to watch them in English, although the Italian dubbing was pretty good.

Heat radiators had difficulty keeping up with the cold temperatures of mid-January. I tried adjusting them to get more heat, which helped. But the radiators automatically shut down early in the evening. I had to wear a coat in the living room. But overall, a very nice apartment.

Excellently maintained apartment. It has everything you need and more. The quality of the coffee and espresso machine are excellent. Two bathrooms in a two bedroom is rare. All in great shape and clean clean clean.

Not the owner's fault but the noise from other apartments travels.

We only stayed for a night and arrived late, almost at 10 PM. And then we left the next morning fairly early to catch our flight back to the US, so we didn't get much of a chance to explore the area. But it was very easy to communicate with the hosts, and they were so helpful in arranging a taxi for us to the airport and also pointing us in the direction of a takeout place half a block away for us to grab a late dinner to bring back to the apartment. The proximity to the airport was good, and it was very close to the beach, although we didn't have time to check that out. The beds were super comfy, and they had already made up the pull-out sofa when we arrived, which was so helpful because we were all exhausted. The apartment was absolutely spotless, and the hosts provided water, a bottle of wine, and tons of breakfast stuff for us, which was so thoughtful.

We chose this apartment for proximity to the airport (very short stay) and for the 2 bathrooms (hard to find near Rome), but travelers should understand that both bathrooms are en suites to the 2 bedrooms. This may or may not work for all groups.

Clean, bright, friendly, quiet. The hosts even left us a bunch of food and snacks to use!
