"excellent place to stay for short holidays in Almaty"

Very helpful and considerate reception staff always willing to help. Great kitchen facilities - very satisfying breakfasts. the location is great and accessible to many places in Almaty - and a superb Hammam.

I felt that there was staff watching you everywhere you went within the hostel - at times it began to feel uneasy as they do not speak any English and do not communicate - but keep watching your every move.

虽然是青旅每个人有独立小间，保留有私密空间，前台人很好，还有早餐也不错,地理位置很好，门口就是去机场的92路，打扫的很干净

6月份入住楼上房间很热，楼下就好很多

This place deserves its wonderful reviews. It’s clean, staff are so very helpful and they provide so many services.

It’s a capsule hotel. I small fan in the rooms could help with ventilation. As they could get stuffy

酒が飲めなかった　外に出て飲まなくてはいけない 階段が狭い 入口が分かりずらい
