everyone’s been really nice and helpful! also loved that i had a room for myself and a bathroom specially for women with a sauna included!

- superb location, surrounded by good restaurant, convenient bus station - many storage place, including in room and locker for everyone - helpful staff，not matter you love quite place or want to meet new friends, this place can fit you - clean environment including toilet and shower place , free laundry and dryer

- the ventilation inside the room is too bad, that I have to sleep with door open, I stay here a week on June, sometime it is so hot that I can’t even sleep, you really need to fix it

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and felt that the hotel offered excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay. The staff were helpful, and the overall experience was positive.

The only issue I encountered was finding the hotel upon arrival. There is no visible sign outside the building, which makes the entrance quite difficult to locate, especially for first-time visitors. Adding a sign would make a big difference. I would also suggest placing at least a small wall mirror in the room.

Tod esta bien.muy buen internet. Lo unico malo es el problema con la ventilación hay momentos que cuando hace calor percibes una respiración pesada. Y el otro problema que a mi gusto tiene la escuela de entrada que pega golpes cada persona que entra al hostel por culpa de que no tienen puesto un buen mecanismo para frenar la puerta y si estás en el salón está recibiendo golpes como petardos cada 90 segundos

The staffs were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the location is close to the mall and restaurants. It’s within walking distance to Arbat Almaty (6 minutes), the Green Bazaar (about 20 minutes), and Ascension Cathedral (22 minutes). If you like counting your daily steps, this is a great choice. It’s also near the Ibis Hotel, which serves as the pick-up point for tours.

I stayed in a room near the stairs. One guest arrived late and woke up early for 2 consecutive days, and I was disturbed every time she went up and down because of her heavy steps. Please remind your guests to be mindful of their steps, especially during very late hours or early mornings.

Very well positioned, staff always available and very iind, extremely clean, lots of people but very quiet. Mini room but comfortable. Socket by the bed. Shared bathroom different between men and women, clean. Solo traveler, stayed one nigjt

Breakfast and the location. It is near the mall with a grocery store so I can buy snacks and drinks. The staffs are nice too.
