Very comfortable beds and very well equipped

The wifi was terrible, no signal in the apartment

The room is very clean and useful! Beds were comfy and had a laundry machine to do cleaning.

The entrance and getting up the second level was a bit complicated. Check in was at 3/4 pm and when I asked where to leave our bags at 1pm that was slightly confusing as we could then just go to our room anyway? But we got in after so it was okay after that.

The accommodation was very clean and we slept very well. It's in a quiet location but very close to everything, about 5 minutes walk to nearest station. Just remember most of the restaurants in the area close quite early. The apartment was bigger then most places we stayed in Japan and it had a washing machine which was very useful. A bedside lamp would have been useful.

It was perfect. Very well equipped, everything was new and clean. It was spacious and we felt super comfortable. It's also very well located. We were able to wash our clothes in the washing machine in the bathroom and they left us detergent. I recommend the Sento close to the house. They also gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. I recommend it 100%

A bunch of really nice restaurants that are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We even were able to walk straight to Senbon Torii (Thousand Torii Gates). There are train stations are very close as well, my friends and I were easily able to go to Kyoto's shopping district and we were able to take a train down to Nara to feed some deer! The hostess was super nice, she gave us suggestions for some nice restaraunts and made sure my friends and I had all that we needed for our stay. Very nice place, I hope to visit Kyoto again soon!

Great location, 5 min walk to train station which is only one stop from main station. Or 10-15 min walk to main Kyoto station. Convenience store close by, which is also super handy. Clean neat room with laundry facilities.

Railway crossing near by was a little noisy, but supplied ear plugs did the trick. Thanks.

The location is amazing. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, but there is only a few minutes walk to the Tofukuji train station, where you can get the train both to the centre of Kyoto and to Fushimi Inari very fast. Also Tofukuji temple and the 1000 golden Buddha statues are at a walking distance. Both attractions were very nice and had little tourists. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities, futons were comfortable. We were three adults staying in the room and fit very comfortably. Overall great value for money! There is a train track nearby, but very little noise comes to the apartment, and also free ear plugs were provided for light sleepers.
