12min walk from basilica, 20min central station if 4 euro airport bus drops you off there. Complete kitchen with microwave, washer, oven, coffee machine, cereal, and packaged breakfast items. Owner will meet you to explain how to use the keys and gas stove. Not a noisy area.
Wifi 30mbps gets weaker in kitchen but stronger near common entrance.
