USI had x2 reservations with this property. I could not find or reach the property for neither reservations. Booking.com agents could not reach the property either. I am wondering if this place actually exists or it is a scam.
I could not find the place and had to find another accommodation. It was very stressful and frustrating.
ATbitte nicht buchen, es handelt sich hierbei um einen scam. das riad existiert nicht mehr, ist daher selbst nach stunden des suchens nicht auffindbar gewesen. wir hoffen, unser geld dafür bald zurückzubekommen.
NLProperty no longer exists. We arrived at 5pm in a very busy area of Marrakech and really struggled to find our way around. Eventually a nice employee from another riad helped us and we were able to find the ex-Azbetz riad where we were informed by the new owners that the previous owners sold this in December but left it listed on booking.com. Pretty shocking and an awful experience. At least we got our money back.

SIThis property is a scam. They didn’t reply to any of our messages and when we came to Marrakech the property was nowhere to be found and the phone number goes directly to voicemail. Thankfully we found some really nice people that helped us find another accommodation in the middle of the night and booking returned our money.

CZNice and clean riad with very comfortable beds located not far from Madrasa Ben Youssef. It was a bit difficult to find as there are no signs for it on the street, but in the end we made it. Our host was very kind and really did his best to make us happy. Breakfast was nice and they even kindly packed it for us when we were going on a day trip. Thank you!
HUFirst of all, our host was amazing, he fulfilled our needs and helped us solve our problems. The riad has a very beautiful environment, the rooms also. The breakfast was nice with a good vibe.
