This is a satellite motel. No 24/7 on grounds representative. Didnt need one, but just a point.

Comfortable beds, parking, walk ~3 blocks to town

Bathroom could have been cleaner

Inconvenient check-in/out system. Posting and sending wrong information to client.

The location and the staff were great

The overwhelming musty/mildew/cigarette smell was unbearable.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable. Room was very clean and there was a refrigerator, ice machine, and microwave.

Space was tight, bathroom was small with very little space in vanity, no charging outlets. Had to drag our stuff up one flight of stairs. Check-in at a different location.

Price And could not register at the facility. Had to go to eastern slopes to register.

The friendliness of the staff is the first thing. Cleanliness and roomy are the next two things that come to mind. The apple trees were so pretty, and the water is hot. We enjoyed sitting outside in the chairs that welcomed us. We will definitely keep this as a “go to” place when we return. Thanks for a great visit!

Getting the keys would have been easier if we’d remembered needing to pick them up on the way in. Our fault, not theirs.

The location was very good. The room was pleasant.
