The location and space in the apartment was great.

I found the check in process and app operated key access a little difficult. It worked in the end, but I had to translate instructions into English myself.

Location was awesome. We were early so they let us in as its worked on a virtual key. Clever! Bed was comfortable.

We thought the apartment needed a maintenance as some of the kitchen doors were lose. Washing machine door was hanging of. There was no toaster or tea towel and no instructions on washing machine. In saying that we were there one night and would book again as it was so convenient.

- No A/C in the room, only in the living room - the AC compressor in the bathroom is loud

It was very spacious, well equipped and clean. Clear and detailed instructions on how to get in and how to use the facilities. Very friendly and helpful host.

It was excessively hot when we arrived but then many places we went had heating on (which we felt unnecessary). Must be that we are used to a different climate!

Everything was perfect.The apartment is in the center of Ravenna. The apartment has everything that you may need. The sofa bed is large and very comfortable. The communication with the host was fantastic, very smooth and immediate

The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Check in is very simple online. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I am happy to recommend this apartment.
