Suite Mazzini

Suite Mazzini is positioned in the middle of Ravenna, it is roomy and the way you get access (keyless, with a click on a link you can open the doors) is nice. Also it has a complete kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment looks to be rushed onto the rental market. Some extra care and a bit of maintenance would make it a great apartments, but now its lacking. Ceiling lights spots are blue light, and in the bedroom turn brighter and dim by themselves. The instantaneous water heater is a bit funky, so sometimes there is hot water in the shower, sometimes there is not. But foremost the air conditioning is very old. It works, but there is a very noisy pump in the bathroom (neatly cut out in the photo's) that runs and is loud when it is on. Also water from the unit runs into the bathroom sink causing a bubbling sound that keeps going (seems to be that water from other units is also dumped there). And the unit in the bedroom seems to be out of order.

it was very well furnished, in an excellent location. Keyless entry was very smooth and the host was very attentive.
