Queen of the stay - Apartment Lili

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war total super. Von Außen sieht das Haus nicht sehr einladend aus, aber das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Uns hat gut gefallen, dass es einen Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft gibt.

Ottima posizione vicino al centro, l'appartamento è pulito e ristrutturato da poco, molto moderno e con qualche comfort extra come la macchina del caffè. In pochi minuti si arriva al Korzo, ma in ancora meno tempo si arriva alle scale per salire al castello e a molti ristoranti e bar. L'host è molto cordiale e mi ha contattato per darmi alcune informazioni, si è anche premurata di farmi avere un posto auto gratuito per la durata del soggiorno.

La ferrovia è molto vicina, di notte si sente qualche treno, anche il traffico è tanto visto che l'appartamento è a pochi minuti dalla cattedrale. Di notte con la finestra aperta si sente anche il segnale acustico del semaforo vicino, ma l'appartamento ha l'aria condizionata se serve.

Апартамента е чист и просторен, сравнително близко до центъра. Има всичко необходимо. Хареса ми, че имаше оставено кафе за кафе машината. Настаниха ни преди часа за настаняване.

Не ми допадна, че за да отидеш в едната спалня трябва да минеш през другата спалня. Сградата от вън и вътре не е в добро състояние.

Great stay in Rijeka! The apartment was very clean, the owner super friendly and the location perfect—just 8 minute walk from the historical center. Highly recommend! Free parking alongside the street.

La posizione veramente ottima a due passi dal centro e con parcheggio gratuito messo a disposizione dall'host.

L'edificio era molto vecchio e con lavori in corso, scale condominiali sporche e con materiale edile di scarto in giro, anche gli edifici intorno non davano sicurezza. Non ho apprezzato l'insistenza nel dover fare checkout entro le ore 9, penso in qualsiasi struttura normale le ore 10 è un orario minimo per il checkout. Qualche piccola cosa da sistemare in casa c'era, anche se devo ammettere l'appartamento aveva una zona giorno molto bella.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Antonia è stata sempre gentile e disponibile. Ringraziamo per i biscottini presenti sul tavolo al nostro arrivo. La casa è grande, accogliente e accessoriata. Asciugamani profumati e morbidi. Materasso e cuscini comodi.

Palazzo d epoca: peccato per la stato della scala interna e per il piazzale al p terra. Dalle caratteristiche non emergeva vicinanza ai binari del treno Per agevolare aspetto igienico snellirei arredi togliendo tappeti del bagno e della camera a pelo lungo così come le spugnette e gli accessori per il bagno dovrebbero essere nuovi per ogni utente e con erogatori per aspetto igienico. Presente nell appartamento bombola del gas e scaldabagno elettrico che spesso va in conflitto con il condizionatore facendo saltare la corrente.

The host was very friendly and responsive. The apartment is massive, all the rooms are huge.its modern and looks great. One of the beds was comfortable. There was space to hang clothes in the wardrobe. The location was near to the main area of the town with shops and restaurants. Unlike where my friend was staying it wasn’t a big climb uphill. Ten minutes walk and there was bars and shops etc. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed such as hairdryer, washing machine, coffee maker. Dishwasher even.

One of the beds wasn’t great. If two people slept on it, if one person moved the bed was rocking making the other person feel sick like on a boat. It was squeaky as well. The second night was windy and the shutters were banging but the host came the next day to check it out and fix it. For me the room was a little bright in the morning, could have benefitted from some blackout curtains. Overall it’s a good place to stay in Rijeka.
