Queen of the stay - Apartment Lili

Very nice and big apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped. The host ver attentive and available. We had everything what we needed for our 1 week holiday:) I saw comments about the noise from the train, its not noisy and it never bothered us or woke us up either. The train is not even going often.

The entrance is a bit doggy as its an old apartment but its ok. We didn’t mind. Only get ready to go up stairs with luggage.

The communication with the host was quite smooth and we received the keys trouble-free, together with a showcase of the apartment. The kitchen and dining area is ample, cozy, clean, well equipped, and with a great coffee machine. The fridge is also quite big. The bathroom is lovely, with everything you need. The bedroom are quite large, and the beds are comfy.

The bedrooms are connected to each other, it's OK for families, but may be a nuisance for others (work situation, etc.)

The host was responsive.

Access with 2 suitcases, depressing entrance to the building, to early check out, towels and sheets were awful, shower drain was clogged. Overall, the rating on Booking.com was way above the property’s quality

We met them by chance but communication with friendly hosts who live in same building by WhatsApp was very good. Instructions for key collection were sent in good time before arrival. The address was easy to find, close to bus stop from airport and for buses to other destinations close to shops, old town bars and places to eat (recommend the Cont 10 minutes walk away at the Continental hotel), etc. Flat was homely, comfortable, 2 large airy bedrooms, toilet/shower room, sitting room/kitchen with espresso machine and everything you need to self-cater if you wish. (Be aware that to reach bedroom 2 you have to walk through bedroom 1). Burek/pastry shop a few minutes walk for strudels, croissants etc adjacent to two pleasant cafe/bars and supermarket. I'd stay here again.

Host is kind, explained everything so it was easy to find. Apartment was very nice.

Noise from train was really scary.

Location was great, easily walked to both the castle and the historic center. Smaller bed was very comfortable, bigger one less so, but OK. Bathroom was great with plenty of very hot water. Kitchen and living area were very nice.

Our only complaint was the towels were too small.
