Not very good. The kitchen stuff was not complete. The sink drain in kitchen was not good. The sink was stuck. The shower was not standard code. The drawer in bedroom was in a bad condition. The drawer was not clean. The bed was not comfortable

Not enough stuff for use. The host told Me that there is all stuff and dishes in kitchen. But it was not like that.

No breakfast available or provided

Location was next to a shipping container, and entrance area was not taken care of. Excessive weeds.

No tv on the bedroom . Hard to find during the day.

Close to the Grand Canyon without the big price tag of the hotels that were a little closer. It was great to have a kitchen to help save on food. Early October was fantastic weather.

The electric outlets are finicky and they needed to flip a breaker to get them working when we first tried to make coffee, but owner was really quick and responsive. The road leading to the house is really rough gravel and bumpy dirt. That's not a reflection on the property, just something to be aware of. We had a few spiders trying to share the space with us.

Bare minimum as a suitable accommodation.

Pretty clean.

The plug kept tripping, could not on heaters from all rooms at the same time :-(
