Nice clean and modern

I donโ€™t like mattress toppers, they make the bed sag. Just be aware, some rooms are upstairs.

Amazing apartment, location is so central and convenient. Staff are friendly too! Easy communication with great host, everything is appreciated. Also very easy walk to shops and cafes.

Very happy with our stay at the Residence - Fitzroy. The room was modern spacious and clean, with everything we need from cooking to doing laundry. The location was also perfect.

The exit sign above the front door was exceptionally bright at night. It is understandable it's for the safety requirement, but a dimmer feature or a way to turn off in case of emergency would be nice.

Nice apartment. three beds and very confortable. TV available for kids.Tidy and clean. Location is good too.

Only one bathroom and toilet. Dryer machine did't work. Rubbish bin too small.

"Meet basic needs."

The location is convenient.

Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms i.e 6 people is definitely not enough. Canโ€™t find parking slot always full. Outside rubbish bin is full full and nobody empty it.
