the owner decided to tell us that there was no space other than a tent literally the night before we were due to stay at around 11:30pm, so we never actually got to stay at the property, very unprofessional

"Super noisy hotel"

It was clean and the terrace was nice

We couldnt sleep even one hour. The room was too noisy, there was a karaoke really close which was súper loud and also a lot of rooster… if you want to rest and sleep just dont go there.

"Overpriced. won’t recommend if staying in Dong Van"

Minimalism design, near centre, quiet

Way too overpriced. We paid around $AUD 45 for one night and the room doesn’t even have free water or a fridge. Bed was not super comfortable considering we paid this price. Staff was not very helpful. We came check out the next morning just before 9am and breakfast (which was included in the room price) already finish but the guy at the reception did not give us any alternative options.

"Very very noisy"

The rooms and breakfast are ok

Hidden between some residential houses and it is noisy as hell because of the neighbours’ music and barking dogs. The owners dont speak English which also makes everything a little bit more difficult. Summing up, cost too high for what it offers.
