Spacious room, presence of insect repellent in the room

There were a lot of things wrong with this hotel. First the room we booked wasn’t available anymore (but we booked it??) so we got another room, though the room was okay, but not the room we booked. Breakfast was included but we were charged extra for water? The mattress was extremely hard (might be a personal thing, we don’t like this) and from very early in the morning (still middle in the night actually) you hear the roosters (presence of the roosters is ofcourse not their fault). Besides the roosters, there was a lot of noise outside and the room wasn’t soundproof at all. On top of that, we asked them if we could leave our luggage after check out for a couple of hours, it was okay for them, they would look after it, when we came back we just found our bags out in the open in front of the dorm rooms, without supervision, everyone needed to pass our luggage. We were so lucky that they didn’t steal our laptops and stuff, but this could have gone horribly wrong.
