Resort davvero molto bello, immerso nel verde e curato nei dettagli. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la colazione: varia e di buona qualità, con una menzione speciale per la parte dolce, davvero ottima. Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.

Premetto che la nostra prenotazione era in formula B&B. Il resort non è fronte spiaggia come indicato su Booking: per raggiungere il mare bisogna percorrere circa 300 metri tra scale e passando attraverso un’altra struttura. La struttura è un po’ datata, anche se ben tenuta e immersa nel verde. Tuttavia, alcuni dettagli non sono da quattro stelle: la doccia era piena di ruggine e calcare e spesso, rientrando dalla spiaggia, abbiamo trovato cattivo odore di fogna in camera. Shampoo e bagnoschiuma non venivano riforniti (abbiamo dovuto richiederli dopo tre giorni) e l’acqua viene fornita solo all’arrivo. Il cibo è buono, ma la presenza di mosche lo rende poco invitante: tutte le pietanze dovrebbero essere protette. Infine, i teli mare vengono cambiati ogni tre giorni. Comprendiamo la scelta ecologica, ma con sdraio non particolarmente pulite diventa anche una questione di igiene.

Not a lot it is no where near the beach it is very poorly maintained and in an advanced state of dilapidation. Offers very poor menu choices. We all had stomach bug.

I supposedly had a superior room . God help those in a non superior room. My room had a collection of damaged furniture badly repaired. The bathroom was absolutely Terrible. Shower fittings badly corroded and scaled up and virtually no water pressure. No plug for sink and a towel rail that fell off and was just screws pushed back in the hole. Pathetic. After first day I hardly ate as did not like what was offered even the eggs and toast at breakfast tasted strange to me so ended up just a banana and dry toast. There is virtually no WiFi at the property and they say they are having issues well if you read past reviews they are always having issues. There is no WiFi in rooms at all . No TV at all anywhere despite it saying a tv in room. The payment is converted from Dollars To Kenya Shillings and then your bank will convert to pounds if you from uk and then they illegally charge 3% card fee it adds at least 10% to your bill. The pool is poorly maintained and in a poor state of repair an electric lamp hanging in the water all of our stay not enough sunbeds for guests the towels are disgusting and the beds are old heavy and in various states of decay.Booking.Com only allow 100mb upload of evidence so virtually impossible to send photos of issues. The Aqua club by contrast has a lovely pool and a great restaurant. But was fully booked or I would have moved. They say soft drinks are free but only if you have a poured in glass and these were warm and I didn’t want ice so had bottled coke and water all to pay for. 3000 shillings for lunch or dinner is a waste of money believe me. Only sporadic supply of 1/2 litre bottles of water in room . From a health and safety perspective in 35 deg C heat water should have been forced upon you not drip fed. My fridge in room so noisy had to switch it off at night. Woken up nice and early by the incessant calling from the mosque next door from 5.30 am maybe earlier.

The Bed unfortunately I can’t think of anything else

Generally maintains we had very little water pressure ,we had two sinks in our bathroom but only one plug which didn’t seal the sink hole,the pool is in need of a maintenance upgrade,this is a Italian based hotel so a lot of communication was lost ,difficult to know what was included in the package as one day you didn’t pay for some drinks and on a different days you did . Had lots power cuts which was then supported by a very large generator at the back of our apartment which was quite noisy. Wi-fi was only available at the reception area and at the bar area both having different wi-fi routers ,there was no wi-fi in your rooms.my wife was disappointed that there was no hair dryer in room also. Would we stay there again no would we go to the same area yes .

Food selection poor.Breakfast was abysmal. Only accommodate for the Italian palate. Room had no mini bar, tea or coffee facilties.Air con flooded room.Very reluctant to supply required drinking water for rooms. Pool needs renovating not nice to watch pool cleaner using detergent to clean pool whilst having a dip. There is not enough shade areas(umbrellas)which makes interesting viewing first thing in the morning finding sun beds. Wi fi restricted to bar area. Never had to pay for a safe key before. Not as close to beach as advertised. No fans in bar/lounge area All in all the Hotel is in dire need of a complete overhaul.

Cibo ottimo

Mi sono trovato benissimo, direi divinamente! A mio avviso, l'hotel è molto bello, ben curato e perfettamente manutenuto, molto vicino alla spiaggia. La mia camera era molto bella, spaziosa, con terrazzo e con affaccio sulla piscina; pulizia giornaliera molto accurata. Ho trovato tutto il personale che lavora nella struttura estremamente gentile. Il ristorante dell'hotel (collocato in una bella, ampia e raffinata struttura con tetto di legno) è letteralmente magnifico, eccellente, per la qualità e per la quantità delle pietanze proposte; il menù (durante la mia permanenza) variava ogni giorno e, ribadisco, tutto era preparato in modo sublime sia per la prima colazione che per il pranzo e la cena ! In estrema sintesi: per me tutto ECCELLENTE! Tant'è che ci ritornerei immediatamente !

Il servizio ha una cucina di stampo italiano eccellente, buoni anche i servizi però quando si è verificato un problema alla camera in cui si è rotto un tubo pioveva dentro acqua c’era acqua sul pavimento la proposta iniziale della direzione è stata non abbiamo altre stanze deve dormire lì. Non sono cose che si possono accettare pagando circa 100 € a notte solo dopo animata discussione e proponendo io le soluzioni possibili, finalmente è emersa una stanza. Un hotel di questo livello non può, è inammissibile che proponga di dormire in una stanza col pavimento 2 cm d’acqua col soffitto che gocciola. Le soluzioni proposte successivamente non scusano questo inconveniente.

Il problem solving, il non capire che chi paga per una vacanza non vuole problemi, il fatto che stante gli episodi, la struttura appare datata.
