The hotel is located near the train and bus stations, as well as the city center. It’s a great base for exploring the area and going on excursions. There is a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is located near a very noisy street. The room (number 7) is VERY noisy from passing traffic. There is no soundproofing at all (you can even hear your neighbors opening their rooms with their keys). There is no kettle in the room. The dishes were dirty. The TV stopped working after two days. The staff member promised to come and fix it, but he never showed up. The reception desk is never staffed.

Posizione perfetta, quasi di fronte alla stazione centrale di Palermo. La porta finestra ha i vetri in modo che il mondo resti fuori... nessun rumore eccessivo. Molto pulito, sia camera che bagno, e cordialità. Ringrazio Marco che è stato sempre a disposizione per i nostri 5 giorni di permanenza. Torneremo presto ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Für breitere Menschen ev. etwas eng. + Winzige Küchenzeile im Wandschrank + Elektrizität im Raum ist mit Zimmerschlüssel zu aktivieren. + Zimmer wie auf den Fotos + Preis-Leistung

- Lärmempfindliche Leute schlafen besser bei geschlossenem Fenster oder bringen Oropax mit. - Das Bettgestell war beschädigt, dadurch war die Matratze etwas schief, sonst aber bequem - Armaturen im Badezimmer sind leider nicht stabil gebaut. Hacken und Stangen in der Wand tragen kaum ein Handtuuch, da die qualität der Wandstruktur nicht ideal ist. + Over All finde ich es dennoch eine angenehme und schöne Unterkunft und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

La posizione, la camera spaziosa e pulita, il letto comodo, la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff.

Non poter gettare la carta igienica nel wc, bagno e arredi un po' troppo usurati, un cattivo odore in tutta la struttura (che però sembra sia un problema comune dei palazzi del centro storico), la mancanza di zanzariere.
