Good location, nice to have a balcony

Kinda sketchy neighborhood, very loud all the time, cleaning staff were so loud and rude, banged on the doors at 8am and yelled in the hallways.

Not very pleasant bathroom. The owner didn’t want to give us a invoice for the stay after a few messages. Also, he called and gave the police a key to barge in our room at 4 in the morning because someone stole something from other girls room.

The location is nice and very close to the main touristic street of Palermo and railway station. The persons who hosted us were super hospitable and helpful, replied on messages very quickly.
