I like the pool

We booked 2 rooms one of them the mini split was working the other wasn’t, it had a very noisy floor cooling system, it was dripping water , they promised t fix the mini split we left and was still not working , the manager Maria told me I can used the kitchen and it was locked all the time, I. Didn’t have running water, asked the owner to be switched to another room, but he said they were book. This is the first time I didn’t get what I paid for, very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends

The location was fine, the staff was nice and the area was relax.

The rooms were not ready after the check-in time We had to wait for another 50 minutes to be able to get in our rooms. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were dirty and all the area around the pool was full of trash. Was really inconvenient to look everyday for the people who take care of the place, to ask them to turn the Jacuzzi on because the water was cold and all the chairs in the pool area were dirty. My nephew's room in the shower he only had hot water. If you choose this place to use the pool and the Jacuzzi to relax look for a different place because they don't keep this area clean and you need to look all the time for the cleaning lady, who lives in front of the Atika to ask for anything that you need, or just to use the Jacuzzi. Also in my bathroom we did not have a place to hang a towel when you take a shower. And the toilet was not clean when they finally gave us the room.

Just a really nice quiet place with a beautiful view. Really enjoyed the pool also. And a great deal to boot!

La villa con dos dormitorios es muy cómoda y practica. Nos hospedamos un grupo de cuatro amigas y nos sentimos relajadas y seguras.

En la noche no había agua caliente en las regaderas, hablamos al número de contacto y lo resolvieron en la mañana, pero no nos avisaron que ya estaba listo.

It is a nice place to stay. The bed was really comfortable and the lady working there was lovely and helpful.

The male receptionist on the phone was rude and unhelpful (be aware that there is no physical reception or person who greets you at the cabins). Prior to the check in time we called to ask to leave our bags somewhere, which was not possible. The receptionist claimed the cabins are Air Bnbs, however we booked via booking.com, not Air Bnb, where this fact is not adequately advertised. It should be made more clear that there are no reception facilities or a place to leave your luggage when arriving before the check in time. The receptionist on the phone also declined one of our calls when we needed assistance. The shower was also faulty - water was coming out of it into our room through the wall. The grounds staff (a local couple living up the road from the cabins) were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and checked us in to our cabin early (the cabin was already ready) when the receptionist had said this wasn’t possible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay which was very relaxing but the mood was dampened by the poor customer service provided by the receptionist on the phone.

We rented the house and it was even bigger than it looked in the pictures, very spacious and comfortable! Also very very quiet and beautiful place for walks and there’s great breakfast walking distance from there
