Un poco de ruido y cuando llegue no había nadie en recepción para recoger mi maleta que estaba resguardada desde una hora antes del check in ya que aunque había disponibilidad de la habitación si quería dejar mi maleta en ella tenía que pagar $200 extra

The staff was great but not really useful

They have a fan instead of ac. The fan is SO loud you can’t use it. Also you can hear everything from the outside and the building literally shakes whenever a truck is passing by and it feels like earthquake.

Mariana was wonderful, super friendly and accommodating. I wish there were more people like her working in hospitality. The suites themselves are okay. I changed my room from upstairs to the first floor bc it was incredibly and they didn't have an a/c, only a fan. The location is pretty good, safe area, close to wework

The only saving grace is the location; the room, while being well appointed, is rather small.

When I arrived yesterday, I spent over 15 minutes ringing the bell and no one came to the door; then I tried calling on the phone and no one answered. Finally, I was able to get in a very rude young woman snapped at me saying that check-in was at 3 pm —I mentioned, and showed her, that the Booking confirmation stated that check-in was at 2 pm and they if I wanted to get into the room, which —by the way— was ready and available, I would have to pay the equivalent of $20! I had arrived at 2:25 pm and was not allowed to take the room if I wasn’t willing to pay extra! There is incessant noise coming from upstairs that sounds like an alarm that no one seems to stop; there is also repetitive noise within the room. Not sure whether it is electric or what. To top it all off, the room is blistering hot and there is no air conditioning. The guy who sits at the front desk at night is equally rude and unwilling to work as the day time woman.

El lugar muy bien, las fundas de las almohadas no se veían muy limpias ni olían a lavadas, las toallas de baño olían a humedad, se nota que la regadera no limpian porque no sale bien el agua hay poca presión y no nos salió agua caliente nos bañamos con agua fría.

Excelente opción para hospedarse

Building shakes a lot whenever trucks go by, enough to wake you up. No AC, and the fans in the room are way too strong and loud blowing trash bags around the room and keeping you awake.
