The staff are very responsive. They provided good service. I was in a room with a balcony with seating. It was a workout getting up there with my suitcase, but it was nice once I was up there. Also, I forgot my hoodie at the hotel, and they helped me out by packaging it for a UPS pickup.

The shower experience (hot water takes long to warm up, shower head is rainfall that sprays everywhere, made it hard to properly shower). The building shakes every time a big truck goes past (which isn't super frequent, and didn't bother me much, but it did wake me once or twice). There were small stains on the linens and towels. There is no ac. The fan works fine, but it is incredibly loud.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was a 3-4 floor and only stairs but is not. A big problem

Excellent price and service for what I paid. The room was cleaned daily, the mini-fridge and stove worked properly, and the area was lively. Each room did not come with its own pan, but you could borrow one from the community area to use in your private kitchen. After cleaning, they always returned the pan to my room.

One day, there was a burnt smell, and I noticed some guests looking concerned near the stairs. I believe it came from a party happening in the community area upstairs, but it was still a bit unsettling. Also, the internet in my room stopped working on the second day. However, they resolved the issue quickly through the Booking chat by providing me with the password for what I believe was the room next to mine.
