The location, very close to Reforma and many coffee shops and restaurants. Liz and rest of staff was very helpful and accommodating. Keep in mind there’s no elevator so you’ll get a good workout. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if they fix the hot water issue.

Getting hot water is very tricky it would come and go specially if you open the cold water to level the temperature. Also, in previous reviews they mentioned about the building shaking when trucks passed by and at first it was scary awkward feeling but then I got used to it.

Instalaciones nuevas y modernas, todo muy limpio y ordenado, cuanta con todo lo necesario

Lo único es que no cuenta con ascensor y cuando llevas maletas grandes es complicado, aunque el personal ayuda con subir maletas, no cuenta con A/C pero por la época no fue necesario

Muy buena ubicacion, amabilidad del personal

Habia avisado que llegaba entre las 9 a 10am, me respondieron que me cobraban 300MX mas, lo acepte y cuando llegue, no pude alojarme hasta las 15hs. Me cobraron mas de lo que decia en Booking, ademas, muy caro para lo que presta. Al menos, con ese valor, deberia tener cafe o te.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very good.

Inner rooms on the first floor are dark, for a long stay that would be uncomfortable. There is a lot of bright leds in the room which makes sleeping uncomfortable without an eye mask. Other than that everything was great!

La ubicacion.

El ruido que se escucha al estar al lado de recepción, la suciedad en la ducha y que el personal pone música alta a las 7 am
