Serenity in the mountains. Helpful and friendly staff. Felt very luxurious and worth the price. Great onset facilities including the private one we had in our room.

Lovely staff, in a serene location, good breakfast

A good 20 minute walk into town. There is a shuttle that you can pay for but it ends at 5:00pm. If you don’t sign up ahead for the dinner, beware that there is almost no restaurants open in town for dinner. Our room was in the annex section of the hotel. Good sized room but definitely outdated especially the bathroom. However all very clean

I loved the relaxing little stay! We booked a private onsen and it was amazing, although the public one inside the hotel is just as good!!!!! They offer a great breakfast and plenty of freebie toiletries. There is a free coffee machine and free light sugary snacks after 3pm. The place is beautiful and the staff are all amazing too ❤️
