View and comfort. Well insulated.....decent winds outside. Couldn't feel a thing

Driveway steep.....careful when backing to ensure car doesn't scrape. Decent garage!!

Amazing location, even better views, this is the kind of place you'll never want to close the curtains. Easy to access town both by vehicle or walking with the steps and walkway right next door. We're definitely coming back to Hipango Point.
