No había sombrillas para el sol, y las chicas del aseo de la habitacion llegaban y entraban a las habitaciones, a pesar de poner cartel de no molestar, nos pasó mas de una vez

Everyone was so polite and helpful. The location was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The little late night snacks were awesome.

When the power went out, it was so hard to stay in my room (loft) because of the noise of the generators. You don't want to be in the room when these things turn on. Your head is not gonna take it. I used my noise canceling headphones to cope all day cause I was also a bit sick and had to stay inside. And in my room door there a smell of bathroom let's say that I didn't like at all. Other than that nothing else.

loved everything about coast..the food..the staff..the amenities..they are the best place to stay when in boracay! special shoutout to our guy Jony! he made the experience there amazing!

非常非常喜歡這間飯店，從訂房完成後、出發前幾天、一下飛機接送，直到退房到機場。 ⭐️迅速有效率地接送服務 ⭐服務人員總是帶著笑容 ⭐早餐每天都有豆花和湯品 ⭐下午在泳池池畔免費享用爆米花、冰淇淋 ⭐睡前點心 ⭐游泳池有提供毛巾 ⭐沙灘免費的床位、游泳後迅速提供毛巾 ⭐退房時贈送入住當日拍的沖洗照片 也許硬體不是超完美，但服務非常優秀，讓人深深感受到他們的服務態度，下次來長灘島絕對還會入住Coast。

The cleanliness, friendliness, attentiveness, and the perfect location.

Our room did not have hot water. I did not worry about it as my family members stayed there and we just showered at their unit.

Coming to Coast is like arriving home! The beautiful touches and wonderful staff make the property one of the best hotels I have stayed at. There’s a popcorn machine and ice cream machine each afternoon, lovely afternoon snacks delivered to your room each day, you are greeted with a towel hug from the wonderful Jony & Ben when you leave the ocean, slippers are turned around to face the direction you will put them back on….. so many more things that make you feel so special when you are staying. We absolutely LOVE Jony & Ben who go out of their way to help! We will be back a 3rd time! Thank you!

Their service was excellent, from the time that we arrived at the airport up to the hotel they take care of everything, no need to worry, baggage, transportation, etc. On the hotel, they gave us a warm welcome. About the room, the room was really clean. Also, they gave us daily afternoon treats too. This will be my unforgettable first trip to boracay.

Staff are nice especially Ms. Tracy at the front desk!
