Coast Boracay

The transfers to and from the airport were excellent. The beach and the location of the hotel were outstanding.

Bar service was a bit hit-and-miss. Did they understand the order? did they forget? Or are they just very slow? The only view from the room was onto a walkway so blinds needed to be kept closed for privacy.

Der Aufenthalt auf Boracay verdient sehr viele Sterne!!! Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen!! Die top Zentrale Lage, direkt an der Promenade und am Strand!!!! Der Service super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und Kompetent. Der Transfer war Top organisiert!!!! Vielen lieben Dank nochmals 🥰

De ligging: 10/10. Personeel : 10/10. Kamer 5/10. Restaurant 9/10. Ontbijt : 5/10. Hygiëne en properheid 3/10. Hotel services algemeen 9/10. Ik zou dit hotel nog nemen enkel vr de ligging.

De kamer en het hotel in het algemeen is aan renovatie toe. Geen gestreken lakens. Lakens met vlekken die niet verwijderd konden met wassen toch blijven gebruiken, sorry maar die alles kan niet. Kamers werden ook niet grondig gekuist. Algemeen afwerking van het hotel in zijn geheel is aftands en niet of minimaal onderhouden. Anti slip mat in de douche was onderaan vol met schimmel! Geen lift in het gebouw! Heel lawaaierig hotel door aanwezigheid van zanger in het restaurant. Uitzicht voorzijde hotel is zeer onaantrekkelijk.

Other than the building needs fresh paint and bathrooms need to be updated everything was perfect! The service was incredible from the airport transfer to the hotel! Especially the beach service!

Water pressure

It was super helpful to have a transfer provided from Caticlan airport. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and lots of shops and restaurants near by and right on the beach. The in house restaurant had good variety. 2 pools available and it was nice that the weren’t open too early.

The sheets were stained and our room was on the top floor and there was no elevator so we were required to walk up and down several times a day. The gym was small. The rooms are being updated so there was some construction going on while we were there.
