The apartment was perfect, clean, great location, amazing views, comfortable bed. Fantastic hosts, I could not have asked for anything more. I will definitely be rebooking.

The tax was not included in booking price, so we were suprised to pay 12€ more and we were not informed about it.

The location is great! 10 min walk to the beach and old town with market and most popular tourist attractions. The apartment is also quite big with nice design. We did not hear any neighbors. The terrace is huge and super beautiful. Parking a car there is relatively easy.

Before booking consider the following: 1. There’s no hairdryer. 2. There’s no air conditioning. Since this place is so close to the ocean, it’s super humid and clothes do not dry for a long time. 3. There’s a huge cemetery view before sea view. You cannot see it on pictures. 4. Shower is not very comfortable and water temperature is kinda fixed on slightly chilling level (manageable but not for everyone). I could not change the temperature (believe me I tried) 5. There’s no window shades so it gets bright one the sun is out. 6. There was some construction going on right in front of the building so it was noisy starting early morning.

The views are beautiful the host was very welcoming polite and helpful with all aspects of my stay, for the price it's a no brainer.👍

Everyone is super friendly and helpful

Compared with our other stays in morocco, the value you get was more on the expensive side. Elsewhere we had nicer appartements for less money, but maybe Rabat is just more expensive... it was still okay.

The location was the best part of the apartment. The keys were handed over by the property owner. He was very cordial and helpful.

There are no restaurants or places for breakfast around the apartment, so if some groceries, bread, tea bags etc were provided, on chargeable basis, it would be very helpful. The apartment is very airy with cool breeze from the sea, however when the breeze stops or during the noon it becomes a little hot as it is on the top floor. The option of an AC and a fan should be made available. Some toiletries in the bathroom will add to the convenience.

Central location, modern design, comfortable layout, nice views, large terrace/balcony, cleanness.

No complains.

Clean, good located, perfect view even though terrace is with the view to cemetery. Calm vibe.
