Extremely friendly staff. Warm welcome and farewell. Felt there rather like among good friends.

Hotel CENTRAL is, like its name, located centrally in Prilep, the main square and bazar are just around the corner. As I approached by car I was initially a little concerned as to what I might encounter as the hotel had a modest street front/entrance. However, the inside room and bathroom were modern, comfortable, nicely decorated, and provided the guest with several thoughtful amenities (coffee pot, hair blower, multiple pillows of varying thickness, etc). The area was quiet, bed and pillow comfortable, I slept well. The host was friendly and helpful. Free parking was provided just across the street in the parking garage. So glad I chose this hotel. Highly recommend, would stay again.

The hotel is excellent, new, built according to the latest fashion.The hotel is in very good location. The mattresses were very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy, our towels were changed every day.The staff was very pleasant, they welcomed us nicely.

The furniture is very new and nice, the location is also great, right in the center of the city. The man on the reception was very friendly and polite.

The first room they put us in, was not at all cleaned - old trash on the table, no sheets on the bed and no towels. We asked to be moved and they did, apologising for the first room. The second room looked better, but later we found out, that the bathroom was not cleaned at all. There were hairs in the sink, shower, floor, etc. The toilet had pee marks on the lid. After further investigation, we found more hairs and trash in the wardrobe and other furniture. Sadly it was too late to complain, since there is no personnel at the hotel after 6pm. Also the shower water was only lukewarm, no more than 38 degrees (the shower shows how many degrees it is).

In the city center, close to restaurants, shops and pedestrian area. It is possible to park in a public parking lot. The staff is responsive and helpful.
