Hotel CENTRAL

Really central. Lovely comfy bed. Free coffee in the room and in the lobby. Would definately stay there again.

No one cleaned the room in the 3 days I was there. There was no one on reception. It was not manned.

Clean, modern and central

I booked this last moment as part of an itinerary change. Wanted a place that I could arrive and check in without hassles and some front desk service. It looked clean, modern, central and 24 hour desk service. First three points were correct. The last definitely not. The morning I was to arrive I started receiving messages in Macedonian that I sorted through google translate. Biggest question was when I would arrive, which seemed strange for 24 hour desk service. Told them 4pm, which was pretty accurate. When I arrived the hotel was locked and no one present. I waited outside wondering what to do and a few minutes later some people from the restaurant next door arrived and said the manager would be 15 minutes away. After a while the cleaner arrived and let me in. When the manager arrived I asked if I would pay by cash or credit card (Booking.com said credit card only). He said cash only and I paid. After he disappeared I realised I had paid for one night only and my booking was clearly two nights. The rooms aren’t well soundproofed and at 2am I was woken by barking dogs and someone entering the hotel shortly after, and to my knowledge I was the only guest. Next morning I messaged the manager asking what to do when I left the following day . No reply, but when I was out walking he passed me in his car and pulled over. I managed to tell him I had sent him a message. We talked through google translate and he said he thought I was staying one night. I told him no, and paid him on the roadside for another night. Asked if I would leave keys on reception desk when I left next morning after 8am and he said, ‘no WE will be there at 7.45am.’ No one around when I left at 8am and left keys on the desk. From the little I had to do with him he seemed a nice guy and recommended a great pizza restaurant. Customer service was completely lacking though. There were also other services listed that didn’t exist- washing machine, dryer.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed & so close to the city centre

There was nothing I did not like

Location was great!

Everything was new and fresh. The place was directly in the center of the city. The staff were great and the hosts are lovely people. There was free private parking.
