The Host was waiting and provided good clear instructions for use of facilities. The Host was also very willing to assist as needed - He is a lovely person who also cares for his property!.

The futon mattresses were not comfortable and also the pillows were far from suitable - resulting in wry necks. Sleeping was not at all great! Owner inappropriately helped himself into property - even whilst we were inside. Although it was to change towels and clear rubbish, Still not at all appropriate and made us very uncomfortable.

The room is clean and beautiful place. I like style of interior design. All the rooms have heater. Two toilets. Owners is friendly and nice introduce 👍

The owner greet us with clear explanation of facilities usage. The property is clean and big enough. The kitchen is a great value to us. With walkable distance to get on underground and bus. Many thanks to the owner provide us website for the cherry blossom. Everything is good. We sure will consider it in the next Japan trip.

As the property next to Family Mart, it is noise in the earlier morning.

Great communication with the owner from the start. He made a good introduction of the facilities and rooms. He was waiting in the property expecting our arrival. Nothing to complain. Very professional and kind.
