Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. To make a payment, guests must pay via PayPal using a credit card. The property will send an email with payment instructions and a PayPal link 40 days before the check-in date. Guests must click the link and complete payment by credit card within 7 days of receiving the email. If payment is not confirmed, the reservation will be canceled. The free on-site parking is limited to 1 vehicle (length 14 ft, width 5.9 ft, hight 6.2 ft). There are paid parking near the property as well. Guests are kindly requested to keep the noise level down as the property is in a quiet residential area. Smoking is prohibited at the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
