Situation parfaite, spacieux, propre

We loved the comfort of the beds (the futon, and the western beds). The location is amazing and Shuji, the host - could not have been nicer! He even helped run us over to nijo before closing when he realised we would be late. It’s also just a very quiet and peaceful place so we got excellent rest - but is still extremely handy to get to anywhere in Kyoto.

The only (VERY SMALL) issue was that as the house is very close to the neighbours, there were rules about showering late at night (past 10). We totally understood, but I prefer to shower before bed in Japan, as the bars are smoking bars - so I didn’t like going to bed with smelly hair. It was a very very small thing though and I would still reccomend this place to anyone, and stay again myself!

駅に近いですので、大変交通に便利です。また、約２分歩いていたら、商店街にありますので、買いものや食事にも便利です。

Maison typique très agréable et très bien entretenue. Bien située. Le propriétaire est très sympathique.
