Sunny terrace

Apartment very central. Gorgeous private balcony. Excellent air conditioning. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower, fridge, kettle, useful bits like eye masks, bottle opener, ear buds, kitchen roll, maps/info.

The property was centrally located and within walking distance of all major attractions. Marin and his family were the perfect hosts; they waited for me as I arrived late at night, guided me to the property, helped me with my bags, and carried them up the stairs, too. They helped recommend the best attractions and restaurants in the area. The property was very well-maintained, too. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Split.

Patio needs improvement back to what your picture shows plants are a bit overgrown and it needs a clean all over make it look brighter the shower was not working properly overhead section so used the small section to shower

Great location. Although in the heart of the city and a stones throw from the old city, once the doors were closed you couldn't hear anything. Host had left juice and water in the fridge which was a nice touch.

Very small room which wasn't apparent in the description when I booked. There was no space to put our cases apart from the hallway/ entrance area. Shower cubicle ok but water ran cold after 5 minutes. Terrace was overgrown and unkempt and shutters didn't work as foliage growing on them. There are also a number of external steps and internal stairs to access this room so be mindful when booking if you're unable to cope with alot of steps. We were only here for two nights so we managed, but this accommodation wouldn't have suited us had we had a longer stay.

The large terrace with very comfortable sunbeds. Milk juice shower caps tea bags and a packet of wafers were provided and were very welcome

Perhaps a little bit of cutting back of the vegetation over the balcony
