Sunny terrace

Host Marin was very nice. He helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. I left my Ipad in the room and Marin packed it and sent by next bus to Dubrovnik! So definitely service was exceptional. Room was spacious and clean. It has a cute balcony. There's also a common terrace garden with seating which adds character. Location was excellent too.

Great location and helpful staff

The location is fantastic, you are so close to everything, Marin was super helpful and allowed is late check in and check out, recommended places to eat and showed us how to use the city bike rental app. He even gave us a welcome bottle of wine. Our bed was enormous and super comfortable, great shower, all beautifully clean. The terrace was the perfect spot to relax and read.

The burger place on the street do play their music quite loud, but with windows and shutters closed the room is mostly soundproof. It was always quiet by the time we went to bed around midnight.

This place is the best kept secret in Split. Room was spacious with small kitchen area. Bathroom looked brand new. But the best part is the “secret garden” on the roof that overlooks the beautiful street below. We sat there every evening for wine. In the (beautiful) old city with no green space, it was an oasis. Owners are very nice and helpful.

Nothing to not love. Great property!
