Apartment Joe

Location is perfect. Up a quiet cobbled street in the old town, yet still very close to the palace. Waterfront is close by and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Joe’s apartment was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen despite being small was well equipped. We managed to prepare our dinner there. Location was perfect close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and places of attraction.

Very cute and nicely decorated flat, perfectly located for Split centre and the port, if you need to catch a ferry. It takes about 15-20 min to walk to the port. Immaculately clean, East communication with the host🫣

Joe was super accomodating and the apartment was perfect and in a great location. He met us for handover even after we were late due to luggage issues at the airport.

Neither the Wifi nor the TVs worked. There was also no way to find any HDMI ports in said TVs because they both are installed so far into the wall.

Listing mentions “bedroom” and “living room” - misleading as it is just one room. A lot of other things just aren’t very thought through. They provide two miniscule towels that could barely wrap around a child’s waist. The shower head points horizontally at 7ft tall, mostly useful for waterboarding a basketball player.
