Venice Suites

The host was fabulous, couldn’t have been more helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. We were provided with everything we could have needed.

The first impression coming at night we got a bit lost and didn’t feel very safe walking the streets looking for the property. When we woke the next morning I’m not sure the first impression was particularly accurate, but still not wonderful.

El trato recibido por el personal. Nos explicó con detalle como llegar a Venecia, como usar el transporte y lugares cercanos donde podíamos comer. La ubicacion era muy comoda, con solo 10 minutos en bus llegabas a la estación de Venecia. Las habitaciones muy equipadas y amplias.

Dylan was awesome, we asked if we could come sooner to leave our bags, although it wasn't needed after all, he was open to let us in the apartment sooner. There was coffee, soda and water in the apartment, also with refills for water and coffee in the hallway. The room was very spacious, and we got a briefing for good restaurants and ways to reach venice quickly.

The shower door, slight smoking smell, probably from other guests before us, although the place forbids smoking.

Dostačující ubytování blízko nádraží. Majitel příjemný, vše poradil, byl telefonicky pořád k dispozici. Pokoj čistý, neomezená káva, voda, možnost parkování.

Ho apprezzato il fatto che fosse vicina a zone strategiche quali Corso del Popolo dove è presente la fermata del bus 4L (che porta a Venezia) e la Stazione Metre. Inoltre è risultata accogliente e non ho avuto la necessità di accendere il clima troppo spesso, sebbene esternamente le temperature fossero basse. Viene resa disponibile gratuitamente l'acqua e anche qualche bibita se richiesta. La struttura era veramente ben organizzata e mi sono sentito come a casa.

Erano disponibili shampoo, sapone e asciugamani, ma non il dentifricio. Fortunatamente l'ho portato da casa. È comunque una piccolezza, dovuta più che altro dal fatto che non fosse riportato specificatamente tra le info. Inoltre il telecomando della tv non funzionava benissimo, non so se a causa delle batterie o per altri motivi.
