Appartamento spazioso e luminoso in ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia con i mezzi pubblici. Ha un piccolo parcheggio privato recintato. Al check-in abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni per il nostro soggiorno. È molto curato nei dettagli e ci sono tante piccole attenzioni nei confronti degli ospiti. È in una zona multietnica con supermercati e negozi a pochi passi

La struttura era pulitissima, il proprietario una persona veramente gentile e precisa. Un dettaglio davvero molto apprezzato è trovare netflix e le altre piattaforme nelle tv dell’appartamento. La struttura si trova vicino la stazione e dispone di tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi in 2 minuti.

"Great starting point if you plan to visit Venice"

The host was super friendly and flexible! I have never experienced such host. It was like being on a tour, where get everything you explained and you can ask anything and will definitely get an answer :) The camera in the hall showing the city of Venice in live footage was pretty authentic! Big supermarket, McDonald, plenty of restaurants and bus / train station within walk distance.

Bathroom was older but clean. A small desk with 2 chairs would be better for the room. There could be something against mosquitos, like RAID or something.
