Location is ideal; directly across from the lake with abundant restaurants all around. The hosts were delightful and extremely helpful with information about Como (sites to visit, restaurants, etc). This villa exceeded all expectations.

When I first stumbled upon this charming place on Booking.com it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online, a true gem of a place. Marco is a thoughtful and most gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The apartment was just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and terraces are excellent. Location is incredible. Casa Battello has excellent local restaurants nearby with excellent food and hospitality. Thanks Marco and Casa Battello for a wonderful stay in Lago di Como! Grazie mille

It was in a perfect spot. I couldn’t see anywhere better to stay in como during our visit. Federico was friendly and helpful, it was spacious and comfortable and we’d love to come back.

It could have done with a full length mirror, but there were two large mirrors which are sufficient.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful locational

The Host was great and showed us around and the carpark and the place was in a fantastic position and everything was modern and clean

The property is perfectly located and has very good facilities. Marco was friendly and accommodating.

The only drawback was that there is no elevator, however the staff helped us to keep our bags upstairs.

Most wonderful location with beautiful waterfront views over Lake Como. Very comfortable and relaxing for our stay.

This lovely property is beautifully kept and provides plenty of room, a great aspect and view of the lake, excellent location just out of the busy part of town and access to lovely restaurants. Frederico is the host and he was very helpful and attentive. I thoroughly recommend this property.
