The room was clean, and the staff was very professional, especially Mr. Narayan and the housekeeping team, who provided excellent service. However, the location wasn’t ideal as it was in a fully residential area. Overall, a good stay with great hospitality!

My stay at Flora Embassy was really excellent as both the Managers at the hotel were very welcoming, cooperative and helpful. Even though place was small, my room was very clean and good enough for couple of people. Location was near to US Visa center and also there are various options for vegetarian food. Overall I am happy and look forward to go again when I visit Chennai next time.

Location is not good with very narrow road and not clean. But Hotel is very clean and can overcome this issue.

Staff were friendly, the price was very good as you get a pretty luxurious room for a low price.

For a cheap room in India it was clean with a modern style toilet and shower. Not bad for a night or two. Close to some stores and food. Not much else.

We arrived at 7 am on a sleeper bus from Munnar. At first I was pleased when I thought the staff let us check in early from the kindness in their heart and because the room was empty, available, and ready. Well the next morning at 7 am the phone rang and we were told to check out soon, or pay more. This was never mentioned during the early check in. Since we had a late flight that night we did pay to check out later, which was fine. But no receipt was available because he could not enter this transaction into the computer since it was for a partial day. There are worse ways to get scammed and it was only $15. He was actually incredibly nice and helpful otherwise. Efficient front desk.
