Very friendly staff. Shankaranarayan the front desk manager was very helpful in guiding us and ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The other property staff were also very friendly and prompt in addressing needs. Also property is relative new and in good condition.

Access to the property is through a very narrow lane and not very clean and tourist friendly approach road.

The property is perfect for people attending us visa interview. Check-in was smooth, room was clean and the staff were very cooperative.

Having to take cold showers and, at a certain point, no water. We understand this was due to the cyclone. A force majeur, so no fault of the hotel. Having said that, communication that it couldn't be fixed during our 4 day stay could have been better.

Polite and helpful staff. Cleanliness. Wifi available. They dont have catering/food service at hotel but they will give you pamphlets and you can order from you room and they food will be delivered to your room. So for me it was like if they are providing the food service. Also there is Sangeetha Veg Restaurant nearby, you can visit that as well.
