Facilities were very clean/staff was very kind, helpful and looking after our needs to the best of their ability. Room looked very nice, certainly 5 star.

As it is a small facility, sometimes takes a bit longer to get served as staff is not always at the premises. There was a constant odor of weed around the premises

A gem near mount etna. Cozy room and hot shower. Attentive and friendly staff. Indoor pool is heated in the spa with steam room. Home made breakfast every morning is wonderful for the family.

Was more like a private house which was nice. Staff was awesome. We had to leave early on a Sunday and instead of the usual breakfast time starting at 8.30 we got ours at 7 am. Not to mention a nice chilled bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. Great for a short stay.

A bit far from restaurant thus a car is recommended

The small familiary hotel was very clean and charming, the location peaceful, no traffic noise etc at all. The team was extraordinary caring and supporting.

The hotel is outside the city Catania centre and the traffic is often a challenge. On the other hand, if you visit places like Etna or Taormina, you have a short way.

Very good staff, very good facilities, very quiet place. I like the private pool and sauna. The service is very personalised. You can enjoy your stay and everything without concerning privacy.

Nothing to complain. One of my favourite travelling experiences of all time!

We stayed here for a second time and we look forward to our next one soonest. We were given the room we requested. We arrived in the middle of the night and our self check in was flawless. Service is always at hand with a smile. Best boutique hotel ever.

The location is a bit out of the way but everything else compensates really well

The property is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It really has a wow factor. The grounds, pools, room, bathroom are stunning and very well kept. There are only 4 rooms on site which means it’s quiet and you often get the pool to yourself. The pool is child friendly with stairs and a shallow end. For breakfast you get to order the day b4 exactly what you’d like, which is great, so no waste. The English-speaking staff member Kumar was brilliant, welcoming, friendly, and flexible offering to start work early on our last day to give us breakfast. They normally serve breakfast at 8:30pm.

When reading about the property it wasn’t clear whether this was a villa, airbnb, or hotel. We assumed airbnb, but this was not the case. For instance, we were hoping we’d be able to bring our own food and drink, but this was not allowed, which would be fine if there was a restaurant on site but there wasn’t. The other thing which wasn’t clear, we understood the sauna was private and in our room, but it was in fact part of the spa (indoor pool/sauna area) which was fine as guests book it when they want to use it but we found the description on booking.com not very clear. The only downside for me - my partner and son were fine - was the air con in the room which wasn’t cool enough for my liking. You could feel the cold air near the bedroom door near the bathroom but it did not reach the bed nor the rest of the room well enough for my liking.

Very clean, pool was a decent temperature. Facilities were clean and to a good standard. Staff were very helpful and made the stay really enjoyable.

Located off the main streets, no pavements so hard to go for a walk. Area is not pedestrian friendly, heavily reliant on own vehicles/taxi.

Was clean and neat. Airport drop and collection was good.

Pre order breakfast the night before. Nothing around, as residential area.
