Everything was perfect - the team at Divina couldn’t be more hospitable. It’s a beautiful place that caters for every request. I’d go back in an instant.

Exceptional pool, the room was also really nice. You can see the attention to detail in every aspect. The materials used throughout the hotel are very high quality. The staff were really nice and accommodating. I recommend Divina Charme wholeheartedly!

Nice, brand new villa with a small indoor and outdoor pool and sauna. Very relaxing after a visit to Etna. Very friendly and helpful staff. As we had to leave very early in the morning for the flight, they even made sandwiches for us to take away. You can even park your car in front of the villa without any parking fee.

You would need a car to go to restaurant/market or so.

The staff especially Sabia who could not do enough for us. The breakfast and facilities were very good and modern

Rooms were modern and clean, spa and pool were lovely, however outdoor pool is not heated.

Breakfast was limited and quite annoying to have to order the night before when only the same options are available. Despite calling ahead of booking to check we can use the indoor spa pool as travelling with our 7 year old we were told on arrival we had only one free use and other usage is 50 euro for an hour, very expensive for a relaxing dip! Location of hotel is in the middle of nowhere, car is essential!
