The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Transportation was on time and Mohammed could not be more helpful or friendly.

I wish there was a choice for dinner. Although the charcuterie board was delicious, I would have like a choice of some fruit and maybe small sandwiches and a salad.

Very comfortable, clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a complementary bottle of champain. We had use of the spa and steam room but at a cost as we only stayed for 1 night, it's free for 2 or more nights. Breakfast was the traditional Sicilian menu with lots of options Would we stay again... Yes we would The hotel is about 30mins from the airport, of course subject yo traffic.

The location is remote with no facilities around you will require a car. The hotel does not have a restaurant which I think is an issue, however they did perpare a plater of meat and cheese for us at lunch for cost. For dinner we managed to order through Just Eat. I would have given a 10 if it had a restaurant. Or sum kind of catering facility.

The luxury Vila was an excellent accommodation close to go visiting by car Catania, Taormina, Etna and beaches. Great place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff, far from the noise, small Vila where you can relax at spa and have a great comfortable room. Nothing was missing from the room, everything was well prepared and we were even welcomed with a nice gift. We will definitely come back!

we had a great stay! the whole properly is really nicely decorated, feels expensive. the pool area is beautiful. There are only a few rooms it all feels very private, we were the only guests for a few days which was amazing. the staff are incredibly friendly and are always on hand to help, we booked a couples massage and was one of the best massages we have ever had and very reasonably priced. Definitely felt like a luxury stay.

- the location is strange, in a very residential area with little decent restaurants around. fine if your happy driving 45 mins or so to Taormina - you get 1hr free use of the indoor pool/ spa with your booking, if your want more time you have to pay. It’s good it’s private but this is one of the main reasons for booking and needs to be more accessible. -wifi was weak
