The Hotel location nice and great hotel

The staff were well behaved and helped with whenever and whatever was required

The hotel is an inferior version of a very basic Oyo room. We got it for 1600+ and no way it should be greater then 600-700 rupees per night. The room is very congested Bathroom was very very small and the fittings were leaking water, I even noticed soap water in the mug. Probably it was not cleaned after last occupancy. Water seepage was there from the bathroom to the hotel room itself. The bed was super spring loaded, not comfortable at all. The bed was very small. Pelow cover was sweat smelling as they didn't change them. We got it changed on request. Main door has direct view of the bed, so whenever any room service arrives, he can have look at your bed. Door bottom had a gap also. The hotel is at 4th floor of the complex, lift wasn't working. We had to bring out luggage and reach 4th floor from basement through staircase. Please note, favhotel doesn't give you property contact number so you can't call someone to get your luggage in the basement or ground floor. Property denied to admit breakfast in package even if we paid extra for breakfast, later after contacting customer care and lot of hassle, they agreed. Next morning we got breakfast though there was no options, only poha and tea was served. So please don't spoil your day. This hotel is a big NO from my opinion.
