The staff was courteous and helpful

1. Small room. The room allotted to me after check-in was very small and without any window. On my request the room was changed. The 2nd room was also small but had a small window. 2. Drain line from the split AC in the room and that from other room was let into the bathroom because of which there was water all over the bathroom floor. 3. The lift in the commercial building had betel leaf stains on the collapsible door. 4. No provision for snacks within the hotel.
