There was a washing machine and dryer there’s also free and the kitchen this was so clean and nice 🙏🏻

Good location, quite clean, with kitchen and utensils, plenty of natural light, elevator and free laundry. The shower is part of the bathroom, but it took a short time to get dry, so not as bad as expected.

Could have been cleaner (specially behind the bed). They didn't clean the bin in front of the room (at least for three or four days, during summer!), so it was full of rubbish and fruit flies that got into the room from time to time. The wifi in our room didn't work because the router was broken, and the other rooms' wifi was quite bad. We stayed for 10 days, and we ran out of shower soap two days prior to leaving, so maybe they don't check the soap levels or try to budget there.

Central position with usual food outlets nearby. Good for public transport ; great value for money ; clean sheets, good shower pressure, we could access Netflix easily and do our washing as washing facilities, dryers, and products available. Fridge/kettle in room. Small space to be expected but all clean and functional . We returned here twice !

Can’t access room easily as check in times very late

The property looks very nice and clean, and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay like a microwave, kettle, air conditioner, even a stove with pans and plates! They also offer free breakfast which is a simple jam and toast, but still good. It’s not far from the subway and bus stops, so the location is convenient.

The lady greeting me when I arrived said I can message her through Booking messenger if I have any questions, but when I sent her a message she took two days to answer. But other than that when she greeted me she was super polite and told me everything I need to know about the laundry room, breakfast, and wifi!

No warm water, but it was so hot outside, it wasn't that dramatic Air conditioning a little bit weak, or I wasn't able to use it!

I was really delighted with everything about this apartment. The location is perfect as it is very central and just across the road from a big market in which you can eat local food and do workdifferent types of shopping. It's beside the Metro station and many bus stops and close to some points of cultural and historical interest. Inside the apartment is everything you need. Good kitchen facilities, a really comfortable double bed, well equipped bathroom. The building is new and the apartment is perfectly clean. The host responded to all my questions very quickly and was very helpful. The young lady who works inside the building was also very helpful and kind. There is a big plastic jug in the kitchen and you can take this downstairs and get drinking water from the water purifier in the lobby. The easiest way to get there from the airport is to take the metro which involves one change and to get out at Jongna station exit 1. Turn right immediately and look for Mefit cafe and the apartment building is down the little lane beside the café. The breakfast offering is sliced bread, a toaster, and jars of peanut butter and jelly located beside the elevator on the ground floor. Good in an emergency.

I was so satisfied with everything. There isn't anywhere to hang clothes although there are two big drawers under the bed. If there were hooks on the door or on the wall beside the door it would be convenient for hanging up jackets etc. The apartment is very small in size but it is absolutely perfect for one person or two. I really appreciated everything about my stay here; the facilities available and the helpfulness of the host.

Central location. Bonus is small kitchenette in your room, where you can cook yourself. Noisy area (some waste press which start working 5a.m.) but well soundproofing walls and windows. Only it's necessary to close your window. Free laundry. Communication with property was quickly via booking.com messages. Great price.

Very noisy area. Breakfast is only bread and peanut butter with jam if you are lucky and bread is in 1st floor on the desk. In other case you must prepare it yourself.
