Maison Apartment Residense

We had to book this place as a last minute because we went to Seúl a day before the schedule so we don’t complain about the place, has a great bed, a small bathroom and that it… it’s cozy.

Even with all the information provided it was a bit difficult to find the hotel, when we arrived they had a national celebration so everything was closed so it was really dark, to get into the hotel you need to get into a dark alley and it’s full of trash bags and other thinks that makes it look dirty, inside the “lobby” has a lot of old stuffs and smelled lik an abandoned place.

Good location, the bus and metro station were 5 minutes walking. Free washing machine and dryer. Fridge in the room

It was dirty when we arrived. There was hair from previous stays and stains on the bed sheets and towels and there was no room service at all so the room got pretty messy by the end. The room is really small, so we couldn’t put the luggage anywhere.

It was really tiny and the breakfast is basically non existent, the small towels.

The location and the comfort of the bed are the two best things about the property.

It is false advertising to say that breakfast is included. Some bread is left out at the front. This is not breakfast. So, the rooms are incredibly small! There is barely any space for your suitcase.

The location is great, everything is provided but many things are just not very well managed. The property looks perfect on first sight but the more you stay here, the more you notice the issues.

My biggest issue was towels which smelled horrible mustily. The owner should probably invest in new ones. The apartment was okayish clean but I had some hair in the bathroom closet. The third issue was leaking AC which made my pillow wet...This property has such good potential which is wasted on the little things. The owner also did not communicate the AC issue with me at all
