HOTEL MODERNO & Spa

Me ha gustado todo, a destacar las instalaciones y la amabilidad del personal. Hotel muy nuevo, en el que está todo impecable, cama muy cómoda y grande. Además con gimnasio, piscina cubierta y Hamman. También tiene sauna, con el calor que hacía estaba cerrada. Fácil acceso al metro, estará aproximadamente a 15 minutos. Antes de llegar al metro hay una calle paralela a la del hotel muy animada, con tiendas de marcas de lujo como Dolce & Gabana y en la otra acera, muchos restaurantes coreanos, japoneses, turcos, uzbecos. Me he sentido como si estuviera en casa. El mejor hotel en el que me he quedado en Uzbekistán. Mis recuerdos a Assan que siempre que te veía tenía una sonrisa y te preguntaba cómo estabas, cómo has dormido

From the moment we arrived the service was beyond exceptional. Assad, the main man at reception could not do enough for us. He went over and above what was expected. He was a really great guy and was able to anticipate our every need and we felt very much at home at this hotel as a result. The facilities are also very good. I used the gym which was excellent and the pool and hamman were also a nice touch. The property is meticulously clean. My husband and i would not hesitate to come back to this hotel again.

The breakfast met our needs but could be improved.

The desk in the room was small, but other than that there was nothing to dislike

We enjoyed the stay at this Hotel which I consider it to be 4*+ The room was very clean and was given a choice of room on arrival . The staff were very friendly and professional, just to name some: Mr. Asaad (was extra helpful and spoke very fluent English) and Mr. Sone's. Also the owner was present and welcomed us warmly and asked us if we needed anything and helped us in directions and good places to visit

Fantastic , new hotel. Excellent rooms with huge comfortable beds. Great bathroom with heated flooring. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff were fantastic. Organised transport to snow and always pleasant and obliging. Front desk staff were wonderful when I became ill and accompanied us to a nearby health service. The pool, spa and sauna are superb and breakfast very good. Easy walk to metro, coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Cannot rate this hotel more highly.

The most important thing is the very friendly and hospitable staff, always willing to help. I had a chance to meet the owner at the reception a few times, and it was a pleasure to talk with him as he tried to make the stay at the hotel even better. Charming design and high-quality finishes. Convenient location, cleanliness, and SPA area – everything is excellent.
