HOTEL MODERNO & Spa

Everything was perfect, from free transfer from the airport at night to the nice coffee offer when we were waiting our late night flight home. Location is great (city center, plus good coffee shop just around the corner :) The largest bed I've ever seen in hotels! Fresh and dry fruits and local nuts in the room - nice gesture! Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Will be back for a family vacation next spring

Very good staff!

The stuff was extraordinary. I was picked up from the airport at 3.30am by two friendly and caring persons. Eaven if the plane was delayed for two hours they were still happy to get me to the hotel.

Staff were friendly and there was a variety with the breakfast. Rooms were cleaned while we went out and we felt comfortable in the hotel. The location was in a great area.

While there was variety in the breakfast, there were not many hot food vegan options. On the first 2 days, there was one item from the hot food that was vegan (the first day potatoes, the second day buckwheat), which was at least something. On the third day there were none. The breakfast was great, just would love to see some additional non-animal product options.

Moderno is a gem of a hotel and experience. The personal touch and warmth given by the owner and staff were tremendous and hard to find nowadays in hospitality! They went above and beyond, thank you!

Very nice staff, they were ready to help with everything I needed. I was met at the airport (had a night flight). The room was upgraded to one with balcony. Good breakfast, fresh fruits each day. The hotel owner asked for feedback during the stay, took me to the airport.

I would like to say a BIG Thanks to all the staff at Moderno Hotel. I book the room for my parents, they were very satisfied with their stay. This is a new hotel close to the center with excellent services, great rooms, good breakfast with a wide choice, nice pool and hammam. Moreover the hotel provided free transfer from/to airport. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are going to visit Tashkent.
